Scope of Application:

● Widely used in circulating cooling water systems, oilfield water injection systems, and ash water systems of thermal power plant ash pipelines in industries such as chemical, power plant, metallurgy, machinery, textile, and food to prevent scaling. Particularly suitable for scale inhibition and corrosion prevention in high-temperature, high-alkalinity circulating water systems.

Performance Characteristics:

● Effectively stabilizes scaling ions in cooling water, preventing the deposition and formation of hard scale from calcium and magnesium salts. Effectively controls silica, with excellent anti-scaling performance against carbonate and silicate scales.

● Adapts to a wide range of water quality conditions, providing excellent scale inhibition even under high-temperature, high-alkalinity, and high-concentration ratio conditions, significantly reducing cooling water consumption and saving water treatment costs.

● Reduces the corrosiveness of water to metals, effectively protecting metal materials in cooling water systems without damaging heat exchange equipment.

● This product contains no heavy metals or harmful substances and has no adverse effects on the ecological environment.

Usage Method:

* Based on the system's holding water volume, add 40–50g of this product per ton of water. Add it once to the water system during normal operation, and replenish it in the same proportion when makeup water is added.

* For systems with continuous makeup water, calculate the total daily dosage based on the total daily makeup water volume according to the above proportion, and add it to the system in 3–4 divided doses. For systems with intermittent makeup water, calculate the total dosage based on each makeup water volume and add it to the system.

* Initial dosing is calculated using the upper limit of the recommended dosage (50g/ton of water); maintenance dosing is calculated using the lower limit (40g/ton of water) or the middle value.

* The blowdown rate is determined based on the system's water quality control indicators and analytical test results, with a concentration ratio controlled at 2–4 times. When the concentration ratio is lower, the dosage can be reduced accordingly.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged in 25kg plastic barrels. Store in a cool, ventilated place at room temperature. Valid for one year.
